Peace be upon you and your dears!
Allah spreads His Light for people through His Messengers. The Holy Prophet absorbed spiritual grace from Allah and dispensed it to all humanity. He learned Holy Quran from Allah and taught it to people by his examples. His morals were according to Quran. He was mercy for all worlds.
The spiritual mother of believers, Hadhrat Ayeshah (May Allah be pleased with her) once said to a group of people who requested her to tell them about the morals of Holy Prophet (May peace and blessings of Allah be on him).
The literal translation of her answer was, “his morals were Quran”.
Allah granted the highest spiritual station to the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h). As the Holy Quran informs in surrah Al-Najm: Then he drew nearer (to Allah) then he came down (to humanity). [53:9]
Among his bankless ocean of morals, one was forgiveness. He was told: Take to forgiveness, and enjoin kindness, and turn away from the ignorant.[7:200]. These worst kind of ignorant did their best with verbal and physical abuse to harm the Holy Prophet and believers. In their spiritually blind eyes, call toward Unity of God and reforms was unacceptable.
The Holy Prophet was given courage by Allah: Have patience, then as had the Messengers of strong determination; and be in no haste about them. On the day when they see that with which they are threatened, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save for an hour of a day. (This warning) has been conveyed; and none but the disobedient people shall be destroyed. [46:36]
As Allah promised, the detractors of Holy Prophet met the promised end of sorrow. They could not harm the Prophet’s honour. When he attained power, he forgave his foes. Any fair minded historian could not deny that the Prophet’s (May peace and blessings of Allah be on him) attribute of forgiveness and determination was unmatched.
After the migration of Holy Prophet to Medina, the leader of hypocrites in Medina who was hopeful to become chief of Medina prior to Holy Prophet’s coming, continued to play serious tricks against the Holy Prophet, his family and faithful but Holy Prophet always forgave him.
The Bedouins did many disrespectful acts in the presence of Holy Prophet. And they testified that Prophet never react to evil with evil. He always ignored their acts and treated them well.
Once Holy Prophet and his companions were attacked by Quraish tribe at Fajr Prayer and eighty companions were martyred. The Holy Prophet forgave them.
The Holy Prophet also forgave him who openly addressed him with twisted words of ill wishes; he forgave ther who covertly tried to poison him; he forgave the man who came to kill the Prophet while he was performing circuits to Ka’ba; Allah informed the Prophet about his intension and he was caught. Blessed Prophet put his hand on man’s chest. All the hatred in the man’s heart was removed and love filed instead. The Holy Prophet’s was forgiving soul-healer.
At every point in time, Allah directed him to remain steadfast and prayerful like the resolute Prophets. Permission to contend with the enemy was only given when they crossed all limits and tried to finish each believers.
Forgiveness of Holy Prophet was peace. His message grew in peace time very rapidly. After 13 years of suffering at Mecca, the Holy Prophet migrated to Medina. Enemy came behind with arms, time to time. In the 2 th year of Migration, defense was permitted by Allah.. Till the 6 th year after Migration, they were about 3000. Then there was peace-accord of Hudeybia which miraculously culminated to peaceful fall of Mecca in 8 th year of Migration with 10000 men. Age long enemies were forgiven. Thus, it were the morals of Holy Prophet which won the souls on that day and continues to win till today.
When Holy Prophet attained power, he forgave his foes. Any fair minded historian could not deny that the Prophet’s (May peace and blessings of Allah be on him) attribute of forgiveness and determination was unmatched, says the Caliph of Peace Guide (w.alislam.org). He reminds the evergreen mission of the Holy prophet (may peace and blessings of Allah be on him): O Messenger! Convey (to the people) what has been revealed to thee from thy Lord. And if you do it not, you have not conveyed His Message (at all). And Allah will protect you from people. Surely, Allah guides not the disbelieving people. [5:68]
The Ahmadiyya caliph (MTAi) reminds faithful to practice the peaceful teaching of Holy Prophet Muhammad. (May peace and blessings of Allah be on him)
